Service Fees
All consultation, planning, and concierge service fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, expertise, and personalised attention dedicated to creating your experience.
Travel Bookings
All travel bookings (including flights, hotels, cruises, and packages) are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier.
Refunds, cancellations, or amendments will be handled in line with the supplier’s policies. We will always support you throughout this process.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your plans, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, changes may be subject to additional costs depending on the supplier.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our discretion. All decisions are made with fairnes and consideration, while maintaining the integrity of our services.
